I’ve always loved puzzles and stories — finding patterns, connecting the dots, making sense of things. That passion shaped my career in research and evaluation, where I help decision-makers turn data into insights that drive real-world change, especially in the education sector.
Over the past 25 years, I have implemented research studies, designed evaluations, managed research teams, and worked at organizations like USAID and the Education Development Center (EDC). I’m passionate about translating complex information into clear, actionable steps. Whether it’s figuring out how well a program is working, understanding what’s behind the numbers, or spotting ways to make things better, I’m here to help.
